At H&H Custom Decks and Timberz, we believe that a great team is the foundation of our success. Each member brings unique skills and passion to crafting stunning decks, pergolas, and railings. We're excited to share our expertise and commitment to quality with you!

Matthew Martin

Owner

Matt brings vision and drive to H&H Custom Decks & Timberz. With a passion for craftsmanship and design, he’s dedicated to creating outdoor spaces that bring families together. Outside of work, you’ll usually find him going to concerts, hunting, camping, or spending time with his fiancée Cayla and their two dogs, Charley and Guinness.

Ryan Leiter

Owner

Ryan has been in construction most of his life and knows what it takes to deliver a project done right. He values hard work, honesty, and building relationships as much as he values building decks. When he’s not on the jobsite, Ryan enjoys hunting, good company, and time with his daughter.

Nicholas Benson

Estimator

Nick is the detail guy at H&H. From the first handshake to the final number, he helps customers feel confident in their project and makes sure no detail is overlooked. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, camping, music, and making memories with family and friends.

Mark Judd

Builder

Mark has a hands-on approach and takes pride in seeing a project come to life from start to finish. His strong work ethic and eye for detail help ensure every deck is built to last. He enjoys working outdoors and being part of a team that creates spaces families will enjoy for years. When he’s not building, Mark enjoys camping, skateboarding, and spending quality time with his kids.

Caleb Orton

Builder

Caleb brings energy and commitment to every build. He values teamwork and creating spaces that customers can be proud of. He appreciates the challenge of custom projects and the satisfaction of delivering a job done right. Away from work, Caleb loves camping, skateboarding, and making memories with his son.

Adrian Perez

Builder

Adrian’s craftsmanship and dedication shine through in the quality of his work. He enjoys being part of a crew that turns backyard visions into reality. Adrian takes pride in doing things the right way and making sure the finished product is built to last. When he’s not working, Adrian treasures time with his family and especially enjoys being a grandpa.

Hayden Larsen

Builder

Hayden is all about precision and professionalism on the jobsite. He takes pride in building with care and attention to detail, knowing that each project becomes part of someone’s home. He values working outdoors and seeing the tangible results of a day’s hard work. Outside of work, Hayden loves to travel and is often off exploring new countries and experiencing unique places.
